Products, images and prices

We seek to keep product names, images, specifications, availability and prices accurate. Trading cards, collectible cards, graded cards and sealed products may reasonably vary by edition, print run, packaging, condition or display device. The listing and actual product condition at the time of order control. We may contact you to address an obvious pricing or listing error where permitted by applicable law.

Orders and payments

An order is accepted only when confirmed by us or by the system. We may cancel or refuse an order for stock shortage, incorrect information, suspected fraud, failed payment or another reasonable reason. Available payment methods are those shown at checkout; payment information is handled by the applicable payment provider under its own rules.

Shipping, returns and after-sales support

Delivery area, fees, timing and collection arrangements are shown at checkout or in the order confirmation. Please provide complete and accurate recipient details. If there is an apparent mis-shipment, missing item or transit damage, contact us promptly with the order number and photos; do not return goods without confirmation. Eligibility, refund amount and delivery costs are assessed case by case according to product condition, the reason for the issue and applicable law. Opened, non-resalable or specially conditioned collectibles may not qualify for change-of-mind returns.

Acceptable use and intellectual property

You must not use the site unlawfully, misuse accounts, submit false orders, interfere with systems, bypass safeguards or infringe another party's rights. Unless stated otherwise, the website's text, images, marks and design are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws and may not be used commercially without written permission.

Privacy, liability and updates

We process information under our Privacy Policy for orders, payments, delivery, customer support, risk control and legal requirements. To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect loss caused by force majeure, network or third-party service disruption, carrier delays or events beyond reasonable control.
