Collectible cards, graded cards and sealed products are checked against the order record. For an apparent mis-shipment, missing item or transit damage, contact us promptly with the order number and photos. Do not return goods without confirmation; returns and refunds are assessed case by case according to product condition, the reason for the issue and applicable law.
